That with respect to Report CPC2021-1017 the following be adopted: That Council: Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 49P2021 for the amendments to the Millican-Ogden Community Revitalization Plan (Attachment 2) Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 134D2021 for redesignation of 4.16 hectares ± (10.28 acres ±) located at 2787 and 2729 86 Avenue SE (Plan 011270, Block 1, Lot 1 and Plan 375AM, Block 38, Lot 26) from Special Purpose Future Urban Development (S-FUD) District to Mixed Use - General (MU-1f3.5h50) District and Special Purpose School, Park, and Community Reserve (S-SPR) District.
