That Bylaw 47M2021 be amended as follows: By deleting subsections 16(4)(b) and 16(5) and substituting the following as subsection 16(4)(b): (b) the Animal is not confined in such a manner that places it in a life or health threatening situation by exposure to a period of extreme heat or cold, without proper ventilation or other protection from such heat or cold. In Schedule C after: 16(4) Animal left unattended in vehicle improperly $ 100.00 $ 130.00 $ 200.00               The following is deleted: 16(5) Animal left unattended in vehicle when weather conditions not suitable $ 150.00 $ 225.00 $ 350.00
