That the SPC on Community and Protective Services Recommendation contained in Report CPS2012-0446 be adopted, as follows: That Council direct Administration to transfer the amount of $750,000 on a one-time basis from the Utilities (Water Resources/Water Services) 2012 Operating Budget to the Alex Community Health Centre and the Calgary Urban Project Society (CUPS), as a means of supporting dental health for children living in poverty, as outlined in the investigation section.
