That with respect to Revised Report C2021-1164, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Approve the proposed Development Management Framework Key Deal Terms in Attachment 2, and direct Administration to negotiate and execute all definitive agreements and amendments to definitive agreements, and take all actions required to implement the proposed deal terms, such definitive agreements, amendments and documents to be in content satisfactory to the City Manager, Chief Financial Officer and in form satisfactory to the City Solicitor and General Counsel.
