That Council refer 2nd and 3rd Readings of Bylaw 45M2012 to a Shark Fin Task Force to be co-chaired by Aldermen Farrell and Pincott, including, but not limited to, Shark Fin Free Calgary, the Calgary Zoo, and representatives of the community, with the goal to achieve meaningful civic action on the issue of shark finning, to return to Council through the SPC on Community and Protective Services, no later than 2013 May 08.
