That Councillor Chabot’s proposed Motion, NM2016-21, be adopted, after amendment, as follows: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Administration be directed to report back to Council no later than December 2016 with plebiscite question options regarding secondary suites in RC-1 and R-1 zones for potential inclusion in the 2017 municipal election.
